Live Plants Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our product being live plants, we do not normally accept returns. There is great care taken to make sure each plant is sent out healthy and able to survive the trip. However, if you feel that the plant has reached its destination in questionable health due to disease or fatal damage then please contact me immediately (within 24 hours of the plant reaching its destination). Include your order number, pictures of the plant(s), the date, and the time to discuss options. 

Please note that this does not include cosmetic damages that may have been incurred via shipping.
